keeps trying to start unless disconnct small wire from solenoid

my truck seems to keep getting power to solenoid
even after its started.. of i disconect small wire
from solenoid it stops already changed ignition
switch. also appears to have more relays in
seperate box attached to main fuse box under
hood that does not appear in owners manual
