Bad shake when putting the gas to it

Can a bad rear seal in the

No, and you should not be running the engine when refueling, that can start a fire. The shaking in your case is most likely from a misfire, and that can be caused by any number of things. May want to clean throttle body and give it a tune up and see where it goes from there.
