I have a 2000 expedition 5,4L v8 when i start my car it turns over but falls dead inless i put my foot on the gas. i have changed fuel pump and fuel filter i have checked the iac and it was not dirty

There are several things that could cause these symptoms. First and easiest would be to go to your local auto parts store and have them hook up to your OBD II port. Hopefully you will get a knowledgeable sales person. I would look at things like TPS, MAF, MAP. If nothing here stands out I would monitor the fuel rail pressure. Get yourself a gauge and a Haynes manual and set yourself up to watch the fuel pressure as you turn on key and as the engine starts. See where all of this gets you then check back if still no results.
