2002 mitsubishi lancer oz rally a/c heater issue

Ok so at first my a/c or heat woul ne running
full blast then just cut off. Then it would
come on slow then pick up to full power. N
make a bubbling sound. Now it doesnt come
on at all. Any idea what it could be?
