Cluster light problem

I put in T10 lights for my dash board and it light up
and now even when I put the original oes in still
nothing I checked the fuses and still notning. But
the circuit board where the blubs go look warn out
almost i don't know if that woukd be the case or
what they should look like specifically.

there is a possibility that the circuit board, or the diode that runs the dash lights has failed.
