Horn started blowing at 4am for no reason

I have a 89 dodge 2500 cargo van and last night the horn started blowing for no
reason. I havent figured out what fuse to pull for the horn, I currently have the
battery disconnected, any ideas?

Why don't you just unplug the damned horn? Yes it IS that easy.
