turn on Key. No Ignition ,zero anything . Battery reading 12 volts ,

Van was parked for 5 months , there was some strange electrical shorting before between
blinker ,radio,ect. Left battery disconnected for the 5 months . Hooked up the battery tried to start all lights worked but low bat, Jumped bat van started drove every thing ok. Drove long to charge battery. Went back to drive and zero . Battery reads 12 volts but no ignition, No other lights ,no emergency flashers nothing ?

I have almost that exact same van 99 percent sure ignition relay
