Can I fix peeling paint/coating near vent and radio?

Help! Some how the paint/coating started to
peel off under a vent and it is spreading along
the edges under the radio. Can I repair this
myself?

That looks like some kind of plastic eating chemical has been spilled on it. Try a car detailing place first. But I’ll bet the whole bezel will need replacing. Dealer probably can’t get it so a wrecking yard is your best and cheapest bet.

IMHO, you have a four year old car and this should not be happening on any car that new. I'm guessing you're not alone. Petition the dealership where you bought the car to fix this. And I really don't think this was caused by anything you did.
