My 2000 sable won't start

My 2000 Mercury sable won't start after replacing the air mass flow
sensor and the scanner reads miss fire in no.5 cylinder but also my theft
light flashes

new fuel pump new coils new gas filter sometimes won`t start without pumping gas pedal repeatedly . then it starts have any idea ?
