my battery light flashing when my RPM is at 4500 what up !!!!

BAD ALT,week battery,worn out serepeiten belt,if eqoiped,if not try tightening the alt belt.that be what up.

Also, just out of curiosity, what the hell are you doing at 4500 rpm?

Belt might be slipping at high engine speeds or alternator could be defective. Check all your connections to the alternator and make sure your belt isn't stretched.
