My truck at first the airbag light started flashing then my cigarette lighter
starting working even with the key off and out of the ignition and now my
truck won't go into 4 lowEven when I have my truck in neutral and have my
foot on the brake, it won't even click and the 4 low light in the dash don't
come on.

Sounds like your GEM (generic electronic module) is starting to fail.
