My radio in my 2019 cherkee

My Radio in my Cherokee didn't come on after starting, then about an 1/2 hour
later it came on by itself. Is this a problem to be addressed with Jeep or
possibly an over air upgrade?

The Cherokees have been having issues with the radios of late, especially in your model year. Some common issues are not being able to program radio FM stations, antenna and reception problems, and Jeep dealers in some cases don't have a fix. Yes, take it in the dealer and log a complaint.
