Pressure test the cooling system to locate the leak to start with. The clunking noise is coming from where? Pulleys don't clunk.

okay. and i dont know where the clunking noise is coming from. i just know when i move it out of gear and im driving it it starts making a clucking noise.

For the clunking noise you should also make sure the transmission fluid was changed recently and is full.
