Can someone help me with my radio?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi, I need help with my radio display. Some
months ago, I was in a call, using the
bluetooth. When I hung up the call on my
phone, i noticed the the dashboard display
showed that I was still in the call, so I turned
the radio off, thinking it would turn off. Ever
since then, the radio display, doesn't load all
the way. It turns on, the R-Line logo is shown,
but then it goes black. The rear camera
works, but other than that, no radio display. It
will reboot on it's own while I'm driving but
never gets to the radio display. Any ideas how
I can fix this? I read a comment where
someone suggest to remove the radio fuse,
drive a bit and then put it back in, but I cannot
find the location of the radio fuse anywhere
online.

Fuses to pull will be SC10, SC12, SC16. These will all be located in the inside fuse panel located on the drivers side access panel. If a reset doesn’t work then the chances are high that the programming has been corrupted, the dealer maybe able to run an update to correct it. Call them with the vehicles VIN and see if they can do anything. If they can’t then you may want to look into an aftermarket system.
