There is a sensor or TCC solenoid or torque converter in the transmission that may be bad and will need to likely take it to the shop. Either way if its the converter this means the trans is likely going to go out soon and time for a rebuild. The trans can be scanned at a dealership for codes too. Can not read for trans codes with a normal scanner.
