From my experience, the intake manifold gaskets on the MPVs have a tendency to leak causing all sorts of mixture codes. The easiest way to tell, it to take an oxygen bottle (if you have one) and leak it slowly around the manifold. If the van starts missing and/or stalls, the problem is with the manifold or the gasket.
