Mustang battery electrical problem i dont know helpp

I jumped my car off didnt cross them done it before
everything went fine this time the car alarm goes off when
i touch them then i cut it off give the truck gas when i try
and start my car and just before i go to start it the alarm
goes off twice and then the cluster goes out i have juice in
the battery lights come on head light work lock works but
the cluster wont come on and the car wont even try to
start helppp please im lost this my baby
