when I drive I have high RPMs.can someone help me

I have a 1998 Ford Explorer XLT V6 4.0 limited edition.I've replaced all my
senses except for the left side of oxygen sensor.I've replaced all these due to
searching for the cause of when I drive I have high RPMs.can someone help
me?

I put it on a diagnosis machine it bring up the following codes p1409 due to EGR. p0174 cat , eva o2s, htr, too lean p1151 lack of h02s switch sensors lean (ford koer test)

Sounds like the automatic transmission is not shifting into overdrive. Best to have a reputable transmission shop take a look at it. Hope that helps! Jim
