If you are driving it at the time, pull over to a safe location, and with the engine on, press and hold the brake and put the gear shifter in Neutral, then press the button to change it to normal range. The low light range may stay on until you put the gear shift back in drive, release the brake and start to accelerate. Remember, you can switch fron normal range to 4WD and back while the vehicle is moving, but the vehicle has to be stopped and in neutral in order to take it out of low range. Hope this helps. If not, you should take it for service.
