Might be a tiny leak in the heater core. Any leaked coolant could be draining via the heater box condensation drain when the vehicle is being driven, thus no puddle in the driveway. A cooling system pressure test might indicate any leaks, you can rent (or even borrow) the test equipment from some auto parts stores.
