Electrical burning smell from brakes

Hi, there is an electrical burning smell coming from my driver side front wheel. Its REALLY hot & has more brake dust on the rim than other tires. Help!

HAVE IT CHECKED OUT. THE BRAKE CALIPER MIGHT BE GETTING STUCK. NEED TO REPLACE IT.
