I have a expedition 1998 the car turn on but I try turn it off it won't shut off

maybe your ignition switch ? If the coil is still hot after you remove the key then that may be it , really hard to replace but you have to watch the little details

You Kno how you take the back plug where all the wires at I disconnected and you Kno how it have pin like little stick I got it back to see if it shut off and it didn't but those this one brings a chip in the key I dk
