Rocker Arm Torque Specs

Purchased all the parts to replace the valve lifters on our 1998 Ford Escort 2.0L SFI SOHC and started the job this morning. After I got them all replaced and the rocker arms snugged down I went go find my repair manual to get the torque specifications and I can’t the manual. Can someone please tell what the torque specs are for the rocker arms?
