When you say parked for a long period of time, what do you mean? How many days parked are you talking about?

This is happening to my 2020 Navi that I purchased brand new in October. This has happened 5 times and at this current time is still sitting in the shop. The "concierge service" is completely useless, and the current contact there flat out lied to me. This is the 3rd time I'm having "good faith" review rejected. Their customer service is horrible. I will never buy another junk ford car in my life! I have retained lawyers finally and will go after them for all my troubles including missed work days.
