My Lincoln ls wont start after like 5th time of battery dying

Tried to jumpthe first few times this happened it took a
min but got it to start. This time the relays under the hood
was making noises was toold take them out i did but
putback and still wonrstart

How old is the battery? Have the battery load tested. If the battery fails the load test, replace it. Hope that helps! Jim
