my Lincoln cranks but wont start

I don't know  it cranks over no start tho.   how can I reset the anti theft on my
LINCOLN LS 2001 v8 3.9

Lost my keys replaced with a n ignition from pick a part still didn't start bought another union with keys from Amazon had a locksmith come to program the key car still won't start does it have anything to do with the keyless remote ??
