2002 lincoln ls no power

I have a 2002 lincoln ls and no dash lights are
coming on or anything replaced battery and
still nothen car is tottally dead car was
running fine the day before i checked fuses
and everything still nothen any ideas

Make sure you put the fuses back to where they belong. Double check...
