2004 lincoln LS v6 no fuel

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2004 lincoln LS v6 and I have no fuel
pressure and the pump is good the relays are all
good the PCM is good the fuses are good the REM
is good pressure sensor is good. When I turn the
key I get power for about half a second and then
nothing on any of the pins at the pump I need help.  
Does anybody have any ideas.
