i don't have a keyless entry but my car wont start sometimes and i have to disconnect the battery, what could be the problem

Ok, what does a keyless entry have to do with it? And you should not only have a fob but but a 2002 L/C has a numbered keypad on the door for unlocking door(s). And why do you disconnect the battery? Do you mean if you do not disconnect it the next morning it is dead? But disconnected...then re connected, it will start? Please elaborate a bit and we will figure this out
