2003 Lincoln navigator cranks but won't start

Is the fuel pump running? Fords have an unfortunate problem with the fuse box being under the windshield. Leaks ruin the relay that runs the fuel pump. This happened to my 2003 Expedition. The only fix is a new fuse box.
