2003 Lincoln Aviator front strut assembly and coil/spring

recently had my Aviator diagnosed with a broken coil/spring. Technician advised a quick strut assembly but from what I have been told a quick strut was not manufactured nor available for the 2003 Aviator. I was able to find a Monroe and autocraft strut assembly to replace but I cannot find the coil/spring. Not sure where to go or what to do at this point
