2003 Lincoln Aviator just shut down in the middle of driving.

2003 Lincoln Aviator just shut down in the middle of driving. Will not jump,
or click when turning the key. i have checked tge inertia switch its good.
brand new starter. brand new oil pressure switch. i am able to manually
turn the motor. code reader shows one code b1676. any ideas?
