What fuse do I need in my 2018 Ford F-250 to get my horse trailer interior
lights to work?

The owners manual has a diagram of the fuse boxes and a list of the fuse functions.

Look online to find a diagram of the 7 pin connector at the back of your truck. See if the accessory pin is hot. If it is hot then your trailer has a wiring problem.
