2006 Ford F 250 Transmission

Asked by Guru58PF Mar 27, 2017 at 02:00 PM about the 2006 Ford F-250 Super Duty

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2006 Ford F250 will not move in drive but will move in low & reverse. What might the problem be as I drained all the oil and replaced with 13.5 quarts of new transmission fluid?

So how did you get all the fluid out of the transmission? Just drop the trany pan, or also drain the torque converter, because as it stands, it sounds like you over filled the transmission.
