My 01 kia sephia goes into reverse u
can feel it trying to move but wont
would a bad filter cause this?

Too vague of question, is the motor running good? Rev up and everything? Or it does not move because of a bad trany?

On the highway today in drive and car sounded like it was downshifting, so made sure it was in drive then had to pull over very quickly cause although it was in drive it would idle , didn't matter what gear was in , previously bout a week ago the muffler came off so temp fixed that , then this , what the hell happened? Is it just a minor couple fixes or things it could be or is it shot? And if I wanted to just make sure I could get too work next week what parts do I need to order asap(whole auto trans? Switch?linkage? ) please help ...thanks - Confused*f☆☆TorqueTURED,BYMYCAR!
