Thanks for the areas to check out. sorry for the delay, I've been gone. I've already done the fluid drain and change, shifts into 3rd but still no overdrive. I was going measure the control signals from the TCU and ECU..Is there a way to test the solenoids? Visual check? I was told the car will not shift into high gear until the engine temp reaches normal op temp. Could it be a faulty thermostat circuit? Thanks for responding and any information that could help me or better yet, keep me from doing something stupid. I'm a Chevy man, this is my first Kia. I really like it.
