I can hear my air or heater running but nothing is coming out and when I looked under the hood a pipe was frozen solid and I checked the anti-freeze and it was full , what is wrong

Hi wvqtpie. You gotta give us a clue on the "pipe" in question. If the problem didn't clear up when you r Kia thawed out you are going to have to see a professional. If there's no fluid lose your heater core is probably ok. It could be a thermostat problem. It's time to have someone lay hands on your car however. Good luck!
