Rough idle

Asked by Guru8P2JJ Jan 05, 2020 at 09:28 PM about the 1999 Ford Taurus SE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 1999 ford Taurus se dohc jerks when i have my
foot on the brake like at a red light. I've looked
around but can't find anything similar to it. It
doesn't rev high and it doesn't die but it does have
a hard time starting sometimes. If anybody has
any idea what it could be any help would be
appreciated.

I would say you have a vacuum leak. Is the SES light on? If so scan for the codes.
