I have had my 03 rio for about 6years. I have replaced my front passenger tire 4 times in the last 6mos. They continuosly keep blowing out. Wires sticking out and shredded. Why???? Please help!

Agreed your tire is dragging. Alignment may be off of something in the front end is bent. Invest the money for the alignment.
