Hello! The AC/heat dont work when my car is parked but work when the car is running, we replace the temp control blower but nothing! I tried to refill the frion but nothing isk what to do now!

When the car is off, the daytime lights are stay on, the speedometer is at maximum speed and indicator is flashing from the dashboard, I have to remove the relay DRL and HI HDLP
