On most cars, you first remove two or three screws. They are sometimes behind the control panels and reflectors. After the screws are out, there are plastic pins the hold the panel in place. Pry out with a large flat bladed screwdriver. If you have manual windows, remove the handles by removing the clips that hold them onto the regulator shaft.
