Recently replaced CV Axle on driver's side. After 2.5 months, I have a lot of noise coming from there. I seems that the wheel wants to come off and whenever I hit a bump, etc., I hear rattling sounds

Bearing flange does not seem to be tightened. Could be the cause.
I recently replaced front disc pads and disc after some few days I have squealing sound coming for my left hand tyre.
