Battery dies Gage lights don't work right tail lights don't work

After I put a car stereo inside my 2005 Kia Optima my Dash lights doesn't work in my right side tail light doesn't work now my battery dies I have to jump my car every time I turn it off what may be the problem can someone help me fix this problem
