There seems to have been a 'satellite update problem' according to all I've read, that affected some KIA vehicles. Some have removed the SD card (in Nav unit) for 5-15 min and rebooted the nav system which in turn resets the GPS and clock. I had to go to the fuse box method, turn off the fusebox and wait 15 min, turn it back on and start the car, then it worked. I have a 2018 Sorento SX
