1995 jeep wrangler

I recently replaced the anti freeze plugs and when I
put it back together it would not start. So I made
sure all my grounds were tight and it still wouldnt
start or crank just click. So I replaced the battery
and now it's doing a healthy crank with power but
wont start up.
