Can you help upload my VIN?

I have listed a Land Rover from the UK. The VIN does not show up in the US.
The system keeps rejecting the VIN and my South Carolina license plate.
HELP! Your system will not allow me to respond to a potential buyer without
uploading the VIN. See the attached picture with VIN on the engine plate
