Car won't start

I took my battery out and put it back in now when I
try to unlock my door it won't turn with my key and
and when I try to start it all the lights on the dash
flashing and headlights flash as well idk if it's the
anti theft system but the car won't even make a
clicking noise now when I try to start the ignition
