My 2000 jeep Cherokee won't start thinking
it's the computer so I took it off and put it on
a 1999 jeep Cherokee sport it started but
was miss firing wrong program? Or is it
something else wrong, my jeep?

Computers r generally not just interchangeable. Depending on things the computer does for or car in contrast wit the other are not always the same nor a match. If or going Togo that route call those who sell the units and ask them how to do it, to configure it correctly.
