Car over heating

My car is over heating changed the relay 8
months ago was running good until
yesterday changed fan relay  thermostat all
8 moths ago fan goes on but still over
heating  goes past 217

Check to see if the coolant level is full first. Otherwise the coolant system needs to be checked. It could be a plugged radiator, bad water pump, bad thermostat, a leak or bad head gasket if your loosing coolant.
