1999 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L Rough Idle, Hesitation, Stalls out

I have a 1999 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L. It cranks up perfectly every single
time and 90% of the time idles perfectly. But when i put it in drive and
accelerate, it immediately loses pressure and RPMs drop completely down to
0 and my truck completely dies. If i let off the gas before it dies, the RPMs
will automatically go back to the normal spot and it doesnt die. When it does
die, it cranks right back up no problem and does the same thing all over
again. But then sometimes, not often, when u put it in drive it kicks into gear
and drives perfectly. Can someone please help me figure this out?!?!?!

Remove the throttle body and clean it. It is not difficult. Use only throttle body cleaner. Remove and clean the IAC completely inside and out. Check for proper operation before reinstalling. The net probably has videos.
